Getting it right the first time is our main promise to all of our customers. But unfortunately, stuff can happen. But rest assured. We stand behind our PCs even when things go wrong. Expect quick customer service, online diagnostics and painless return process if repairs are needed.

Accepted Payment

We accept most popular credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) & Bank wires/transfer.


We strive to ship each Custom Built PC in a very timely fashion. Depending on part availability, please allow between 5-12 Business days for components to be ordered, assembled, and tested. On rare occasions, components may be on backorder or temporarily unavailable. You will be notified at once and the new expected shipping date will be set. Once your PC has been fully assembled and tested, a tracking number will be obtained and your computer will be shipped out to you via USPS. Due to Increased sales and World Wide Pandemic, Builds may take up to 4 -8 weeks before being shipped 

All computers shipped will be fully packaged and well padded to reduce the chance of shipping damages. Also, insurance for the full amount for the computer will be purchased at NO ADDITIONAL cost to the customer.   


Our PC's have been shipped to different countries, including UK, India, Russia, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Italy, and rarely do we get reports of excessive custom fees or taxes.

Shipping time may be delayed or increased due to customs inspections for international customers. Shipping outside the United States normally takes 6-30 business days AFTER PC has been assembled, tested, and dropped off at the USPS or FedEx location. 

Custom fees, Taxes, and Duties are solely at the discretion of the customer's Federal Government. Depending on your countries rates and taxes, marking an item as a gift is not a guarantee for lower fees. International customers are responsible for any taxes/duties assessed by their country. The Price listed on the website for each item will be listed as such on the customs forms. 


 All parts are brand new. Windows 10 Pro will be pre-installed & activated on your computer, however, you are responsible for your own software and security programs. All computers undergo various rigorous stress tests to ensure you receive a fully functional PC. 



We guarantee you will receive a well built, stable, and reliable computer. 

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or nonworking PC, the computer shall be shipped back to Company at NO additional expense to the customer. All repairs or replacements shall be done by Company within a timely fashion. It may take up to two weeks for the repaired or replacement PC to be shipped back. Customers must allow Company to at least make 1 attempt at repairing or replacing the Computer. Computer issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your PC. If PC cannot be repaired or you received another nonworking PC, the PC shall be replaced with another build of similar value at no additional charge to customer.

Limited Warranty on WhiteBoxPC Desktop Computer Systems

The "Three Year Standard Warranty" covers three years of labor and one-year parts. 

Year One of Warranty:

WhiteBoxPC will repair or replace any system components that stop working due to manufacture defect or wear and tear within the First Year of ownership at no additional cost to you. During this period, WhiteBoxPC can repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at WhiteBoxPC option, without charge to you.  This does not include damage done due to overclocking, spills, or physical damage to the component.

Year Two and Three of Warranty:

WhiteBoxPC will STILL be responsible for any LABOR involved in repairing the PC at no cost to you. However, in the case of a defective or nonrepairable component failure, WhiteBoxPC may charge a fee for part replacement (in most cases the component manufacturing company will repair or replace the part but in the unlikely event of that not being the case, a part replacement fee may be assessed by WhiteBoxPC). 

If a replacement component is no longer available or discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part or offer an upgrade option. 

All original parts replaced by WhiteBoxPC becomes the property of WhiteBoxPC. 

WhiteBoxPC is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience, or damage that may result from the use or inability to use the computer. Under no circumstances shall WhiteBoxPC be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience, or damage exceeding the purchase price of the computer. 

Warranty Conditions 

This warranty extends only to products built by WhiteBoxPC.

This warranty covers only the normal use of the computer. WhiteBoxPC shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current; or (iii) service or alteration or maintenance by anyone other than an authorized WhiteBoxPC representative and this includes OVERCLOCKING or modifying the components in a way that it's not intended to be used.

The customer is responsible for any shipping cost involved with sending the PC back to WhiteBoxPC. Once Repairs are completed, WhiteBoxPC will ship the computer back to the customer at NO additional shipping charge.

WhiteBoxPC accepts no responsibility for any software programs, data or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair to WhiteBoxPC 

All pre-installed software programs are licensed to customers under non-WhiteBoxPC software vendor’s terms and conditions provided with the packages 

This warranty does not cover any third-party software or virus and or malware related problems.

WhiteBoxPC makes no warranty either expressed or implied regarding third-party software.

This Warranty only applies to the Original Owner. It is Nontransferable. 

How To Process a Warranty 

In a lot of cases, customer questions or issues can be resolved online via emails or phone calls. WhiteBoxPC is committed to providing each and every single one of our customers with top-class customer service and assistance thanks to our very knowledgeable technical support staff.

please follow these procedures to obtain the service:


  1. If the computer must be repaired, an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be issued for shipment to our facility. Please follow the instructions given by WhiteBoxPC technical support staff to ship your computer. 

  2. Pack the computer in its original box or a well-protected box. WhiteBoxPC will not be responsible for shipping damage/lost or any product not purchased directly from WhiteBoxPC. It is very important that you write the RMA number clearly outside the package. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

  3. Upon Repair of PC, WhiteBoxPC will be responsible for shipping the PC back at no additional cost to the customer. Ship the computer with your name, address, phone number, description of the problem(s), and the RMA number you have obtained to:

 3. Upon receiving the computer, WhiteBoxPC will repair or replace your computer (at WhiteBoxPC's discretion) and will ship it back to you within 2-4 weeks(depends on parts availability) via USPS

 4. You will be responsible for shipping charges to WhiteBoxPC. In the event that no hardware problems can be found with your computer, you will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as a $50 labor fee. You must pay this fee before we can ship your computer back to you. 

For post warranty repair, the procedure is the same, however; you are responsible for shipping charges both way, current labor (rate per hour; waived for 2nd and 3rd year), and the current price of part(s) used in the repair.

This product is warranted to the original purchaser against any defects in materials and/or workmanship. This warranty applies only to computers and components originally configured and manufactured by WhiteBoxPC

Shipping a PC for Repairs.

WhiteBoxPC recommends shipping the computer in the original box and packing materials. If the original box and materials are no longer available, please use a box that should able to handle a weight of 40~50 lb. Please obtain a tracking number from the shipping company in order to track the package and also prove the PC was sent to and delivered to WhiteBoxPC. 

We do not recommend foam popcorn/peanuts, newspapers, blankets, etc. These materials tend to shift in the box and allow the computer to move and make contact with the sides of the box.

Use heavy-duty 3” packing tape rated at 60 lbs. To seal the package. Do not use masking tape

When you ship your WhiteBoxPC product for repair, WhiteBoxPC is not liable or responsible for freight damage. It is recommended that you insure the package in the event that your WhiteBoxPC product is received freight damaged, you may be able to file a claim with your shipper.

If your computer is damaged due to improper shipping, you must instruct WhiteBoxPC to repair or return your computer within 30 days. The computer left beyond 30 days will be subject to a storage fee of $15 per day. However, in no event will storage of your computer exceed 6 months. Any item left beyond six months shall be discarded at WhiteBoxPC’s sole discretion

If returning just parts (not entire computer) the parts must have sufficient protection to prevent damage, use the anti-static bags for memory and peripherals.

Any package received damaged will be kept in the receiving department and the Technical Support and Customer Service Supervisors will be contacted in order to contact you regarding the damage. You will then be advised to file a claim with the shipping company.

WhiteBoxPC reserves the right to change this limited warranty without any further notice.
